Research Associate I/II, Bioprocess Development

Role: Support microbial fermentation process development for recombinant protein production, building and scaling fermentation platforms. Responsibilities: operate and troubleshoot shake flask and bench-scale bioreactors, prepare media and feeds, perform analytical assays, and collaborate with strain engineering and downstream teams to support process scale-up. Requirements: hands-on experience with microbial fermentation, bioprocess development, aseptic techniques, and laboratory operations; strong organizational skills; ability to troubleshoot independently. Preferred: experience with fed-batch processes, HPLC analysis of fermentation metabolites, recombinant protein expression, and process optimization.
