Renal Sales Specialist

Role: Field sales professional targeting Nephrology and Endocrinology markets, with responsibilities to develop and manage territory in community and academic settings. Responsibilities include building relationships with specialty pharmacies, driving product adoption, and acting as 'CEO' of the territory. Requirements: 3-5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with 1-2 years in specialty or biopharma sales; prior B2B and retail pharma experience; proficiency with CRM/Salesforce; willingness to travel. Preferred: experience in Nephrology or Endocrinology, start-up biopharma environment, pull-through strategy, and SME development on disease states, products, and competitors.
