Responsibilities:
- Provide engineering support to maintenance and equipment owners.
- Ensure maintenance programs support reliable equipment operation.
- Be a CMMS expert; ensure data accuracy/structure; support spare parts strategy.
- Ensure job plans are detailed and correct.
- Train maintenance personnel; mentor others on reliability principles.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance maintenance reliability.
- Investigate/complete HSE & Quality observation/deviation write-ups.
- Analyze predictive/condition monitoring data to prioritize actions.
- Use RCA/RCM/failure analysis to reduce downtime, deviations, safety issues, and costs.
- Ensure SOPs align with global engineering standards/best practices.
- Determine and maintain equipment criticality in CMMS.
- Apply predictive maintenance technologies (coverage, data interpretation, corrective action support).
- Own preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
Basic requirements:
- BS Engineering or HS Diploma/Associate in technical discipline with 10+ years industrial maintenance & reliability experience.
- Proficient in English.
- Full-time US work authorization required (no visa sponsorship).
Additional preferences:
- Certified Reliability Engineer or Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional.
- Maximo/GMARS, Business Objects; FDA GMPs, ISO, deviation mgmt, change control.
- Predictive tech certifications; RCM/FMEA/RCFA training; Six Sigma Green Belt.
