Reliability Engineer β€” Responsibilities:
- Support the site Reliability Management Process to improve asset performance, reliability, maintainability, and operational effectiveness.
- Provide technical leadership for reliability engineering, predictive maintenance, asset care strategies, failure elimination, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and EHS to improve uptime, reduce failures, optimize maintenance costs, and ensure compliance with PWS, cGMP, FDA, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead reliability initiatives across manufacturing, utilities, warehouse, and processing assets.
- Promote a proactive safety culture; serve as reliability technical expert.
- Lead/maintain equipment criticality assessments; perform bad actor analysis.
- Develop/implement maintenance strategies; own Defect Elimination Programs.
- Analyze performance data; develop engineering solutions to eliminate repetitive failures.
- Support reliability reviews for new/modified equipment and capital projects; support MOC.
- Monitor equipment health; recommend proactive maintenance; improve PM effectiveness.
- Support BOM/spare parts/asset hierarchy development.

Qualifications:
- BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Reliability, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years in reliability/maintenance/asset management in manufacturing.
- Preferred: FDA-regulated pharma/food/infant formula/consumer healthcare/GMP environment.
- Predictive maintenance/condition monitoring experience.
- Preferred: asset management systems/CMMS/SAP PM.
- Strong analytics/data interpretation; influence cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency: SAP PM, Microsoft Office, manufacturing systems.
- Technical understanding of pumps, motors, conveyors, dryers, powder handling, instrumentation/controls, utilities, process equipment.
- Preferred certifications: CMRP, ISO vibration analyst (Cat I/II), RCM, Lean Six Sigma (GB+), ultrasound/thermography/oil analysis.

Work schedule:
- Salaried; Mon–Fri; support emergencies/shutdowns; occasional off-shift/weekends.
