Reimbursement Access Manager II - Southwest

Role: Reimbursement Access Manager II responsible for ensuring patient access to Xeris’ rare disease therapies through developing and executing strategies to address reimbursement barriers. Responsibilities include partnering with field teams to support healthcare providers, managing relationships with specialty pharmacies, analyzing reimbursement trends, and providing education on coding, prior authorizations, and payer policies. The role involves supporting pipeline product access, training internal teams, and engaging with key healthcare professionals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; 20+ years of relevant experience may substitute. At least 5 years in pharmaceutical/biotech market access or reimbursement roles, with expertise in U.S. healthcare reimbursement systems, specialty pharmacy, and coding processes. Preferred skills include knowledge of rare diseases, specialty products, and payer landscape.
