Reimbursement Access Manager II - Southeast

Role: Reimbursement Access Manager II supporting rare disease therapies, focusing on overcoming reimbursement barriers and optimizing patient access. Responsibilities: serve as subject matter expert on reimbursement issues, develop strategies, collaborate with field teams and specialty pharmacies, analyze market trends, respond to stakeholder inquiries, train internal teams on reimbursement processes, support pipeline product readiness, and mentor team members. Requirements: bachelor's degree or significant related experience (20+ years), 5+ years in pharma/biotech market access or reimbursement, expertise in U.S. healthcare reimbursement systems (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers), and experience with specialty pharmacies, coding, and billing for rare diseases. Preferred: experience with HUB services, payer policies, and patient support programs.
