Regional Therapy Advancement Manager (RTAM) – field-based MedTech Electrophysiology (EP) role combining sales and marketing responsibilities.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive awareness and access to therapy (e.g., AFib and catheter ablation) by engaging hospital administrators, physicians, and patients.
- Analyze hospital/provider market dynamics; identify operational/care gaps and use Therapy Advancement tools to expand patient access.
- Educate referral networks (electrophysiologists, cardiologists, primary care, emergency medicine) on ablation procedures, benefits, and outcomes.
- Develop and execute compliant, data-driven territory plans with Area Therapy Advancement Managers and field sales.
- Present health economic insights to physician leaders, hospital executives, and partners.
- Advocate for electrophysiology programs with health system and hospital leadership to accelerate access and improve outcomes.
- Maintain routine communication with the sales team and EP leadership to ensure alignment.
- Execute national/regional/local promotional campaigns in the electrophysiology marketplace.
- Ensure compliance and operational excellence (training, expense reporting, admin tasks).

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required.

Required Skills/Qualifications:
- 5 years business experience; 2 years sales/marketing/clinical/commercial business experience.
- Strong presentation/communication; ability to build and sustain strategic customer relationships.
- Track record leading multiple projects with urgency.
- Valid driver’s license; up to 40% travel (including overnights/weekends).
- Residence within, or willingness to relocate to, the geography.

Preferred Skills:
- Prior sales/clinical experience in electrophysiology and/or cardiovascular therapeutic areas.
- Master’s degree (or equivalent).
