Regional Sales Manager-Northwest-Aesthetic Medical Device

Role: Regional Sales Manager leading a team of Capital and Consumable Sales Representatives in the aesthetic medical device sector. Objectives: drive sales growth across the full portfolio through strategic planning, team leadership, and operational excellence. Responsibilities: develop and execute regional business plans, coach and develop sales talent, collaborate with marketing and clinical teams on initiatives, analyze sales metrics, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; at least 7 years in healthcare or aesthetics sales with 2+ years in leadership; proven success in capital and consumable sales; strong relationship network with aesthetic professionals; proficiency in CRM (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office; willingness to travel up to 75%, including overnight. Preferred: advanced degrees or certifications, existing relationships with plastic surgeons and dermatologists, and experience with high-value capital equipment sales. High-Value: focus on aesthetic technologies, capital equipment, and consumables; managing regional sales teams; strategic planning and business development in a competitive healthcare environment.
