Regional Sales Manager-Northwest-Aesthetic Medical Device

Role: Regional Sales Manager leading a cross-functional team to drive sales growth across Solta Medical's aesthetic portfolio, focusing on capital equipment and consumables. Responsibilities: develop and implement regional sales strategies, lead and develop sales teams, foster high performance, coordinate with marketing and clinical teams to maximize brand engagement and procedural volume, and ensure operational excellence with compliance and efficient resource management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (advanced degrees or certifications preferred), at least 7 years of sales experience in aesthetics or medical devices, with 2+ years in leadership roles managing sales teams; proven success in capital and consumable sales; strong business acumen and relationships with aesthetic professionals; proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred); willingness to travel up to 75%. Preferred: established aesthetic professional relationships, excellent communication skills, and ability to develop strategic territory plans.
