Responsibilities: develop and execute regional sales strategies, coach and develop sales teams, foster high-performance culture, manage territory coverage, utilize CRM tools, and coordinate with marketing and clinical teams to enhance brand awareness and procedural growth. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 7+ years in aesthetics or medical device sales, with at least 2 years in leadership; proven success in capital and consumable product sales; strong business acumen and relationships with aesthetic professionals; excellent communication and CRM proficiency.
