Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction while meeting sales goals; manage sales activities and the development of sales representatives.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Region business plan to meet Region and Company goals.
- Implement company policy procedures and managerial controls.
- Recruit and select qualified candidates to fill open sales positions within the Region.
- Assume accountability for personal career growth and development.
- Meet sales goals and objectives.
- Coach, counsel, and develop sales representatives.
- Create long- and short-term development objectives.
- Evaluate sales representatives’ activities and effectiveness consistently.
- Coordinate administrative demands and field day objectives.

Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree required.
- Proven ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers.
- At least 3 years of successful field sales experience (or equivalent).
- At least 2 years of supervisory/training experience preferred.
- Strong enthusiasm and ability to work in the field with representatives while maintaining administrative functions.
- Systematic planning and organization skills.
- Extensive overnight travel required (typically ~50%).
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Valid state drivers’ license.

Compensation/Benefits:
- Starting base pay range: $130K–$175K; eligible for annual bonus or sales incentive plan.
