Regional Sales Manager

Role: Regional Sales Manager overseeing commercial sales in the Northwest U.S. (Nevada, California, Washington, Hawaii), responsible for developing strategic regional business plans, managing sales teams, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: direct management and development of Territory Managers, implementing sales and marketing strategies, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with leadership and Market Access teams to optimize reimbursement. Conducts field coaching and manages performance metrics to maximize sales effectiveness. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred; 8+ years pharmaceutical or medical sales experience, with 3+ years in sales management, preferably in Cardiology (Statin, PCSK9, NOAC). Demonstrated success in product launches, team leadership, and expanding market share. Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills required.
