POSITION OVERVIEW
The District Sales Manager will lead and develop a team of sales professionals that ethically and compliantly provide approved disease and product information and resources to target Health Care Professionals (HCPs), reach and exceed business goals, and ensure delivery of sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead recruitment, screening, hiring and development of top talent for the assigned district
- Execute the strategic plan to achieve or exceed individual and company goals
- Conduct regular Specialist field visits; assess/monitor field activity, reporting requirements and work schedules
- Create, articulate, and drive a district vision; lead and motivate the sales team
- Analyze performance data, market trends, and market access dynamics; build strategic business plans
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of the company, ADHD marketplace, competitive products, and disease area; coach exemplary selling skills
- Manage growth and development of team members; provide performance management with measurable outcomes
- Support district administration (e.g., review expense reports, monitor compliance training)
- Uphold core values; be accountable for team goals
- Participate in development of ADHD Specialists and collaborate with peer DSMs
- Communicate to influence; modify approaches to solve routine problems; deepen technical skills

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6–8 years related pharmaceutical/life sciences experience, including 3 years management experience required
- Preferred: experience in ADHD Marketplace, Managed Markets, Marketing, Training and/or Operations
- High integrity, accountability, judgment; strong leadership/coaching
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) required

Pay Range: $190,000 USD - $220,000 USD
