POSITION OVERVIEW
The District Sales Manager will lead and develop a team of motivated sales professionals that ethically and compliantly represent the company by providing approved disease and product information and resources to target Health Care Professionals (HCPs).

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead recruitment, screening, hiring and development of top talent for the assigned district
- Execute strategic plan to achieve or exceed individual and company goals
- Make regular Specialist field visits; assess and monitor field activity, reporting requirements and work schedules
- Create, articulate, and drive a district vision aligned to organizational objectives
- Analyze performance data, market trends, and market access dynamics; build strategic business plans
- Use knowledge of company, ADHD marketplace, competitive products, and disease area to coach exemplary selling skills
- Manage growth and development of team members
- Provide consistent performance expectations and feedback using measurable outcomes (in addition to annual reviews)
- Review expense reports, monitor compliance training, and manage administrative tasks
- Uphold Core Values; be accountable for team goals
- Engage with peer DSMs; participate in development of ADHD Specialists and provide feedback

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6-8 years related Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences experience with 3 years management experience required
- Experience in ADHD Marketplace, Managed Markets, Marketing, Training and/or Operations preferred
- High integrity, accountability, judgment
- Strong leadership/coaching skills; proficiency challenging customers, direct reports, and colleagues
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) required

Pay Range: $190,000 USD - $220,000 USD
