Regional Sales Director, West

Role: Regional Sales Director leading a team of Strategic Account Managers and Virology Care Specialists to promote Invivyd’s antibody therapies targeting infectious diseases, primarily COVID-19. Objectives include developing regional business strategies, expanding key accounts, and driving growth aligned with company goals. Responsibilities encompass team leadership and coaching, fostering compliance with industry regulations, engaging healthcare providers and academic centers, and managing resources and budgets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), 10+ years in biopharma or healthcare, 5+ years managing high-performing sales teams, with experience in reimbursement, specialty pharmacies, and federal channels. Must possess strong leadership, communication, and industry knowledge, with ability to travel extensively. High-value biopharma specifics involve infectious disease focus, COVID-19 antibody products, and field sales in a fast-evolving market. Location: Remote (LA, SF, Seattle, Inland Empire). Salary range: $184,000-$245,000 plus incentives, with emphasis on ethics, compliance, and impact in infectious disease therapeutics.
