Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team of Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) and Virology Care Specialists (VCSs), equipping them with the skills and mindset needed to deliver today and prepare for the future
- Promote Invivyd products responsibly to targeted healthcare providers and academic centers in alignment with company policies/SOPs and applicable laws
- Create a high-performance coaching culture that develops talent and drives results
- Set regional vision by modeling excellence and leading through transitions with clarity and energy
- Drive execution of sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue and growth objectives while staying compliant
- Engage deeply with key accounts to expand and retain business through partnerships with healthcare providers and academic centers
- Coach in the field alongside SAMs/VCSs with real-time feedback and guidance on responsible, compliant selling behaviors
- Champion growth and career development; foster readiness, professionalism, continuous learning, and accountability
- Serve as local liaison/collaborator between Sales and other corporate functions as needed
- Manage and deploy resources, establish/manage area expense budgets, and ensure compliant ROI
- Provide training, coaching, follow-up, and development for SAMs
- Drive demand aligned with long-term sales and profit objectives
- Drive team performance through team building, coaching, business planning, training, motivation, and management

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA); Master’s preferred
- 10+ years in biopharma industry
- 5+ years managing high-performing life science teams
- Experience with reimbursement, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacies, IDNs, and federal channels
- Ability to be in the field 4 full days/week; travel by car/air as required
- Strong understanding of laws/regulations/industry codes (e.g., PhRMA Code) for interactions with healthcare professionals
- Strong healthcare landscape and payer dynamics understanding
- Strong leadership, coaching, recruiting, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to evolving market conditions and drive continuous improvement
- Inspires ethical, engaging conduct

Preferred:
- Proven record of accomplishment leading a pharmaceutical sales team

Pay Range:
- $184,000 - $245,000 base; eligible for annual short-term incentive and annual long-term incentive.
