Responsibilities
- Lead regional launch planning and execution to ensure successful market entry and sustained product uptake.
- Translate national brand strategy into actionable regional business plans and field priorities.
- Drive team to achieve/exceed sales goals, market share targets, and launch KPIs; use data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor market dynamics, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to adjust strategy.
- Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain 8β12 territory managers; provide regular field coaching and performance evaluations.
- Build and maintain disease-state, clinical, and product knowledge; foster a high-performance, accountability-focused culture.
- Develop relationships with key healthcare providers, health systems, IDNs, and strategic accounts; partner on customer interactions and access challenges.
- Support pull-through with IDNs/organized customers/priority accounts; share customer insights internally.
- Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Training, Operations, and HR to support launch readiness.
- Ensure regional activities comply with company policies and industry/legal standards; manage budgets/resources; maintain forecasting, CRM usage, and reporting.
Qualifications / Required Skills
- Bachelorβs degree (advanced degree preferred).
- 8+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales; 3+ years people leadership as a district/regional manager.
- Proven specialty sales success; prior launch experience required.
- Strong business planning, analytical, and coaching skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Extensive regional travel (up to 60%).

- US salary range: $180,000β$215,000.
