Regional Sales Director (RSD) – Midwest (covers Green Bay, Appleton, Eau Claire, MN, NE, MO, MT, WY, SD, IA)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional launch planning/execution to ensure market entry and sustained product uptake
- Translate national strategy into regional business plans; drive sales, market share, and launch KPIs
- Monitor market/customer/competitive signals and adjust strategy
- Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain 8–12 territory managers; provide regular field coaching and performance evaluation
- Build and maintain relationships with key providers, health systems, IDNs, and strategic accounts; support access challenges and pull-through
- Partner cross-functionally (Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Training, Operations, HR) to support launch readiness; provide field input
- Ensure activities are compliant with company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards; manage budgets; maintain forecasting/CRM/reporting discipline

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred)
- 8+ years pharmaceutical/biotech specialty sales experience
- 3+ years people leadership in district/regional manager role
- Proven success leading specialty teams and exceeding performance goals
- Prior launch experience required (first-launch/startup biotech strongly preferred)
- Strong fit in cardiovascular/nephrology/hypertension specialty markets (preferred)
- Demonstrated recruiting/developing top talent; strong planning/analytics/coaching
- Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environment; travel extensively within region

Benefits/Compensation
- Eligible for medical/dental/vision/time off/401(k) and incentive plans based on performance; US salary range: $180,000–$215,000

Travel
- Up to 60% travel (frequently overnight/outside local area).
