Regional Sales Director (RSD) โ€” Remote

The RSD will lead the successful launch and growth of Mineralysโ€™ first commercial product within an assigned region, translating national strategy into regional execution through field leadership, cross-functional partnership, and disciplined execution.

Territory covered: Columbus, OH; Toledo, OH; Dayton, OH; Athens, OH.

Responsibilities:
- Lead regional launch planning and execution to ensure market entry and sustained product uptake
- Translate national brand strategy into actionable regional business plans
- Achieve or exceed sales goals, market share targets, and launch KPIs
- Monitor market dynamics, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence; adjust strategy in real time
- Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain territory managers; lead ~8โ€“12 people
- Maintain strong disease state, clinical, and product knowledge
- Evaluate team performance via regular field contact; coach for skill/career development
- Develop relationships with healthcare providers, health systems, IDNs, and strategic accounts
- Partner on customer interactions, access challenges, and account strategy
- Support pull-through with IDNs and priority accounts; share customer insights internally
- Partner with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Training, Operations, and HR for launch readiness
- Provide field-driven input into planning and messaging; support national/launch meetings
- Ensure regional activities follow company policies/industry regulations/legal standards
- Manage budgets/resources; maintain forecasting, CRM utilization, and reporting discipline

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience
- 3+ years people leadership in district/regional manager role
- Proven success leading specialty teams and exceeding goals
- Prior launch experience required; first-launch/startup biotech strongly preferred
- Strongly preferred: cardiovascular, nephrology, hypertension, or related specialty markets
- Demonstrated recruiting/development success
- Strong business planning, analytical, and coaching skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Willingness to travel extensively within region

Travel:
- Up to 60%; frequent travel outside local area and overnight.

- Standard benefits: medical, dental, vision, time off, 401K; incentive plans contingent on achievement
- US salary range: $180,000โ€“$215,000
