Regional Reimbursement Director, Neuroscience, New England

Role: The Regional Reimbursement Director (RRD) is field-based, responsible for managing reimbursement strategies for Ipsen's Neurology products across the New England region, focusing on healthcare provider access and payer relationships. Responsibilities: develop reimbursement strategies, build relationships with MACs and providers, support product launches, monitor market access environment, and collaborate with internal teams to address access barriers and expand product utilization. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in relevant fields, 10+ years in pharma/biotech or consulting, with 5+ years in reimbursement support for injectable or infused drugs or medical devices; expert knowledge of coverage, coding, and payment policies; strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Preferred: experience with physician-administered oncology/neurology drugs, Medicare Part D, and certification in medical coding.
