Regional Patient Access Lead- Great Lakes

Role: Regional Lead Patient Access responsible for managing and developing a team of field-based Patient Access Liaison professionals to improve patient access to medications. Objectives include team performance management, training, compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional healthcare teams to address patient needs. Responsibilities encompass team leadership, performance tracking, stakeholder communication, supporting patient programs, and participation in patient events. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of Patient Access experience, or advanced degrees with proportionate experience; experience in pharma or medical industry preferred. Additional qualifications include leadership or mentoring experience, familiarity with rare diseases, data analysis skills, and knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and compliance guidelines. High-Value: role involves supporting patient access in a healthcare/pharma setting, with a focus on rare disease or applicable disorders, requiring 50-75% regional travel, including overnight and weekend commitments. Work setup includes potential remote work with regional travel. Collaboration: works with sales, Hub Services, Care Managers, and patient engagement teams.
