Role: Regional Medical Affairs Director (RMAD) focusing on developed relationships with healthcare institutions, thought leaders, and decision-makers across Northern CA, OR, WA, ID, MT, NV, and UT. Objectives include scientific engagement, medical support, and collaboration to support clinical research, education, and real-world evidence initiatives. Responsibilities encompass scientific exchange, delivering medical presentations, supporting investigator interactions and IISs, and cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Commercial teams. The role involves gathering scientific intelligence, participating in conferences, and contributing to internal training and publications. Qualifications: advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, DNP), less than 2 years for Associate Director or 2+ years for Director levels, with experience in clinical care, research, or academia preferred. Strong understanding of regional clinical practice, healthcare systems, and endocrinology (notably Cushingβs Disease) is highly valued. Skills include customer focus, teamwork, communication, presentation, and self-starting capabilities. The position requires approximately 60% overnight travel, including evening and weekend work, located in San Francisco, San Jose, or Oakland, CA. The salary range is $200,000β$230,000, with additional benefits, incentives, and potential equity participation.
