General Summary:
The Regional Field Leader, Associate Director oversees an assigned region within the US Kidney Business Unit. Regional Field Leaders manage a team of up to 10 Kidney Territory Account Managers to educate and build awareness with nephrologists and kidney centers of care in a pre-launch setting; post-approval focus shifts to product education, account management, and demand generation.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage regional KTAM team: recruiting, hiring, retaining, and performance
- Set business plans, metrics, and goals for the region; motivate delivery of results
- Use data analytics and field insights to guide strategy while keeping patient needs central
- Guide account and territory plans and support pull-through of future approved products
- Build long-term relationships across centers/accounts by understanding interdependencies
- Partner cross-functionally (including Marketing) to shape performance-driving approaches
- Create collaborative team culture; coach KTAMs to positively impact patient outcomes
- Compliantly analyze and address customer needs, market dynamics, and trends
- Ensure forecast achievement by optimizing team performance through coaching and support
- Model ethics and integrity to support compliance and earn stakeholder trust

Required/Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree
- 10+ years healthcare/biopharmaceutical sales/marketing (or equivalent)
- 3+ years supervisory/management experience
- Strategic account management experience leading teams in centers of care (specialty/rare disease)
- Nephrology and competitive selling experience (highly desired)
- Specialty care/rare disease launch experience (preferred)
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Creative problem-solving; escalate issues effectively
- Understanding of legal/regulatory/compliance environment

Other Requirements:
- Complete required customer credentials/training, background screens, drug testing, vaccinations
- Live within the territory (and within reasonable distance of a major airport when required)
- Valid driverโ€™s license
- Travel up to 80%; work after hours as needed

Pay Range:
- $168,000 - $252,000
