Key Accountabilities Include:
- Own and manage the total lifecycle of site fixed assets in alignment with regional and site strategies.
- Partner with Regional Operations Leaders to manage and optimize site fixed assets.
- Facilitate capital project management via the company Capital Management Process, including presenting at the Animal Health Capital Review Committee (CRC).
- Ensure delivery of capital investments (scope, schedule, cost) in line with strategic objectives.
- Drive optimization of site assets for utilization, reliability, maintenance, and regulatory compliance (including cGMP).
- Serve as the single point of contact for Site Project Managers, Capital Project Team Leads, and Engineering/Maintenance Leads.
- Drive standard work, engineering best practices, and knowledge sharing across sites.
- Support development of Site Master Plans and Long-Range Capital Plans.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
- 7–10+ years’ experience in engineering, maintenance and/or capital project planning/execution in a regulated environment.
- Strong experience with stage-gate capital delivery models.
- Proven ability to lead/manage complex engineering projects and operational readiness activities.
- In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, asset management, cGMP requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in global, cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
