Key Accountabilities:
- Own and manage the total lifecycle of site fixed assets (equipment, facilities, utilities and systems) aligned with regional and site strategies.
- Partner with Regional Operations Leaders to manage and optimize site fixed assets.
- Facilitate capital project management through the Capital Management Process, including presenting at the Animal Health Capital Review Committee (CRC).
- Ensure successful delivery of capital investments (scope, schedule, cost) in line with strategic objectives.
- Drive optimization of site assets for utilization, reliability, maintenance and regulatory compliance (including cGMP).
- Act as the single point of contact for Site Project Managers, Capital Project Team Leads and Engineering/Maintenance Leads.
- Drive standard work, engineering best practices and knowledge sharing across sites.
- Support sites in development of Site Master Plans and Long-Range Capital Plans.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- 7β10+ yearsβ experience in engineering, maintenance and/or capital project planning and execution in a regulated environment.
- Strong experience with stage-gate capital delivery models.
- Proven ability to lead/manage complex engineering projects and operational readiness activities.
- In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, asset management, cGMP requirements and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and influencing skills (including engaging senior leaders).
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in global, cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills.
