Regional Director, US Field Medical - West - PAH, IPF, PPF

Role: Regional Director, US Field Medical - West, leading the MSL team to execute medical strategies across pulmonary diseases including PAH, ILD, IPF, and PPF. Responsibilities: manage personnel, oversee medical field activities, develop and implement medical and territory plans, and serve as a scientific resource supporting R&D, Medical Affairs, and external HCP engagement. Collaborate with peers to share insights, drive strategy, and ensure compliance with policies. Requirements: advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, etc.) with 5+ years of relevant clinical or medical affairs experience, including leadership of MSL teams. Skills: strong scientific knowledge, leadership, coaching, strategic planning, excellent communication, and stakeholder engagement. Preferred: biotech/Meded experience, personnel management, and familiarity with biotech platforms/tools.
