Regional Director, US Field Medical - East - PAH, IPF, PPF

Role: Regional Director, US Field Medical - East, leading a team of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) to implement medical strategies across Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension, Interstitial Lung Disease, IPF, and PPF. Responsibilities: manage and develop MSL team, execute field medical initiatives, foster external relationships with healthcare professionals, support R&D and medical projects, and ensure compliance with policies. Contribute to medical strategy and provide clinical insights. Requirements: advanced degree (PharmD, MD, etc.), 5+ years in clinical or therapeutic roles, including MSL or leadership experience; strong scientific expertise in respiratory or pulmonary diseases; effective communication and leadership skills. Preferred: experience in biotech, personnel management, and cross-functional collaboration. High-Value: therapeutic areas include PAH, ILD, IPF, PPF; remote work with up to 80% travel; salary range $204K–$278K. Collaboration with internal Medical Affairs, R&D, and external healthcare providers. Work setup is fully remote with travel expectations.
