Regional Director, Neuromuscular β Northeast

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of Regional Account Associate Directors (RAADs); foster team culture; drive account-based engagement across neuromuscular treatment centers; develop talent plans aligned to field strategy.
- Lead execution of a case-based gene therapy model and complex buy-and-bill neuromuscular assets to ensure patient identification, treatment readiness, and case success.
- Partner with neuromuscular centers and cross-functional teams to strengthen patient identification, referral pathways, and treatment timelines.
- Ensure site onboarding/readiness by aligning operational processes, reimbursement workflows, and treatment logistics.
- Collaborate with Access, Patient Services, Trade & Distribution, and Medical to remove barriers and support timely patient access.
- Build relationships with centers of excellence, thought leaders, and multidisciplinary care teams; execute tailored account strategies aligned to pre-launch/launch priorities.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration across diagnosis to treatment and reimbursement; align product availability with manufacturing/supply chain needs.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree.
- 10+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similar; 2+ types of cross-functional experience.
- 5+ years field commercial leadership with enterprise mindset.
- 2+ years supporting buy-and-bill therapies (distribution pathways, site-of-care revenue cycle, billing/coding).
- 2+ years leading cross-functional projects requiring national alignment.
- US experience within last 5 years; deep US healthcare ecosystem knowledge.
- Proven frontline sales/product launch success; business acumen; digital engagement; thrive in matrixed environments.
- Reside in region or reasonable commuting distance to metro airport; travel 60β80%; valid driverβs license.
Desirable Requirements:
- Second-line leadership with Medical and/or Access background.
- Rare disease experience (reimbursement, high-cost buy-and-bill, site onboarding, senior leader engagement).
Driving is essential.
Field roles: complete initial training (home study; β€8 hrs/day and β€40 hrs/week).
