Responsibilities include building and developing high-performing MSL teams, translating Medical Affairs strategies into regional plans, engaging with KOLs, academic centers, and community providers, and capturing insights to inform strategy. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Market Access, supporting clinical trial awareness and pipeline activities. Requirements: Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD), 10+ years in pharma/biotech medical affairs, with 5+ years leading MSL teams; proven experience in immunology (preferably allergy/dermatology), late-stage development, or launches; strong leadership, relationship-building, strategic thinking, and communication skills; deep understanding of compliance and regulatory standards. Travel up to 75% is expected. The position supports the development of insights to influence clinical and commercial strategies in immunology. Work setup: regional, with extensive travel.
