Regional Director, Medical Science Liaison - East

Role: Regional Medical Science Liaison (RMD), Immunology – East, leading Field Medical Affairs teams to support immunology therapeutics, with a focus on allergy and dermatology. Responsibilities: build and develop high-performing MSL teams; translate medical strategy into regional plans; engage KOLs, academic centers, and community providers to support launch readiness and evolving standards of care; generate insights on healthcare trends; collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Market Access; ensure compliance and operational excellence. Requirements: advanced scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD); 10+ years in pharma/biotech Medical Affairs; 5+ years in MSL team leadership; proven KOL relationship-building; deep expertise in immunology; experience supporting late-stage development or launches preferred; strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
