Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional strategies aligned with Novartis and the Precision Health team goals.
- Develop and execute field plans that drive measurable business results and customer impact.
- Coach, mentor, and develop Health Information Technology leaders.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and accelerate execution.
- Oversee Health Information Technology programs, operations, and resources for scalable, effective delivery.
- Champion Electronic Health Record (EHR)-enabled solutions to enhance customer engagement and support therapeutic area objectives.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to inform strategy and future program development.
- Establish processes, tools, and operational frameworks to strengthen field effectiveness and performance.
- Promote compliant, customer-centric practices aligned with organizational/legal guardrails.
- Embed responsible AI and digital technologies into workflows to improve effectiveness and decision-making.

Essential Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years’ experience in healthcare/pharma/diagnostics/health informatics/technology.
- 3+ years’ experience in field leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of digital health solutions and impact on patient outcomes.
- Proven success developing/executing strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Ability to build trusted partnerships and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience leveraging data, digital tools, and AI to enhance decision-making and performance.
- Must reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border.
- Ability to travel up to 75%; must be able to drive and/or fly within the territory.
- Valid driver’s license.

Compensation/Benefits (explicit):
- Salary expected: $185,500–$344,500 per year.
- Performance-based cash incentive; annual equity awards eligibility depending on level.
