      Role Summary
 Regional Director-Arizona, Colorado & Nevada in Oncology. Responsible for recruiting, leading, developing and retaining the Oncology Account Specialist team in the North Central Region, ensuring strong and consistent sales performance and compliance with Regeneron policies.
 
 Responsibilities
 
  - Build and develop a high integrity, high quality sales team and provide overall leadership.
 
  - Meet or exceed assigned sales objectives; align action plans with brand initiatives.
 
  - Lead regional sales force activities including hiring, training, performance evaluation and development; ensure policy compliance.
 
  - Ensure employees are trained on and implement customer education.
 
  - Communicate current industry and competitor knowledge to regional teams.
 
  - Participate in industry trade shows, meetings, conferences, etc.
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
  - 10 years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience with 5 years of sales leadership/management, of which 3 years must be at the Regional Director/District Manager level in Oncology (NSCLC and dermatologic cancer markets preferred).
 
  - Experience with biologics and buy-and-bill products or strong proven oncology field experience.
 
 
 
 Skills
 
  - Strong understanding of payer environment, reimbursement and challenges within national/regional payer markets, including government programs, managed care and evolving healthcare systems.
 
  - Proven ability to hire, coach, develop, promote, and retain top talent within span of control.
 
  - Ability to develop physician/customer clinical experts regionally.
 
  - Effective communication and leadership skills.
