Territory: Field-based position covering parts of Arizona, Utah and Nevada

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to educate HCP customers and staff aligned with commercial objectives, including prioritized customer target engagements, account management where applicable, business assessment/analysis, and resource utilization/impact
- Educate cardiologists and rheumatologists to initiate Kiniksa’s approved product for patients with recurrent pericarditis
- Provide comprehensive education on Kiniksa One Connect Patient Services and support program
- Facilitate short-term and future opportunities via virtual/in-person venues, one-on-one interactions, small groups, peer-to-peer programs, and stakeholder presentations
- Achieve quarterly and yearly commercial goals and meet/exceed sales performance
- Ensure cross-functional efficiencies and collaborate with field sales partner teams
- Serve as a trusted external representative to HCP stakeholders
- Act in a compliant manner aligned with company values, guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Maintain expenses within assigned budget parameters
- Document field activities accurately and timely

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of biopharmaceutical sales experience (rare disease, specialty therapeutics, and/or cardiology preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience promoting injectable or reconstitution injectable products preferred
- Track record of sales success; motivated to achieve results
- Strategic account management experience
- Experience with Specialty Pharmacy, HUB services, and Patient Support programs
- Working knowledge of compliant/ethical business practices
- Ability to collaborate consistently; manage multiple workstreams
- Travel 75%–80% and hold a valid driver’s license

Compensation:
- Base pay range: $180,000–$200,000 USD; includes a Sales Incentive plan.
