- Sales Representative to lead the commercial launch of an in vivo CRISPR therapy for hereditary angioedema (HAE). Territory: Arizona, New Mexico, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory plans targeting immunologists, allergists, emergency medicine physicians, and specialized HAE centers.
- Prioritize accounts by HAE patient volume, prescriber influence, and institutional capabilities.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical champions, and decision-makers.
- Manage sales pipeline from initial awareness through patient treatment completion.
- Educate providers on in vivo CRISPR mechanisms and differentiate from ex vivo cell therapies/traditional treatments.
- Present Phase III efficacy/safety data; address CRISPR misconceptions and position MOA vs prophylactics/complement inhibitors/plasma-derived therapies.
- Maintain competitive intelligence and craft differentiated value propositions.
- Handle objections about CRISPR safety, permanent genetic modification, and single-treatment cost.
- Educate on patient journey and coordinate with patient support hubs.
- Partner with Medical Affairs/Medical Science Liaisons; align with Field Reimbursement Managers on payer strategy.
- Work with strategic accounts on referral patterns, site selection, and site activation.
About You (Qualifications)
- BS/BA in life sciences or business-related field.
- 5+ years specialty pharmaceutical sales (preferably rare disease, immunology, or genetic medicines).
- Proven rare disease commercialization and first-in-class/novel mechanism launch experience.
- Ability to analyze/present complex clinical trial and real-world evidence.
- Exceptional scientific communication; strong stakeholder relationship management; resilience in long cycles (12β18 months); integrity.
- HAE and CRISPR/gene therapy familiarity preferred; rare disease/gene therapy/HAE market knowledge preferred but not required.

- Base salary expected range: $166,500β$203,500; additional performance bonus and equity grant; equity awards may be considered annually.
