How You Will Achieve More
Sales Representative to lead the commercial launch of an in vivo CRISPR therapy for hereditary angioedema (HAE). Territory: Northern California.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory plans targeting immunologists, allergists, emergency medicine physicians, and specialized HAE centers.
- Identify/prioritize high-value accounts; establish trusted advisor relationships with KOLs, clinical champions, and decision-makers.
- Maintain end-to-end sales pipeline tracking from initial awareness through treatment completion.
- Educate providers on in vivo CRISPR mechanisms; differentiate from ex vivo therapies and traditional treatments.
- Present Phase III efficacy/safety data; address CRISPR safety misconceptions and differentiate from prior gene therapy launches.
- Provide disease education on unmet needs and treatment burden.
- Monitor competitive landscape; develop value propositions vs. existing HAE treatments/other gene therapies.
- Handle objections (CRISPR tech, permanent genetic modification, single-treatment cost).
- Educate on patient journey; integrate with patient support hubs.
- Partner with Medical Affairs (Medical Science Liaisons), Field Reimbursement Managers (payer/coverage), and Strategic Accounts (referrals, site activation).

Qualifications / Required / Preferred
- BS/BA in life sciences or business-related field.
- 5+ years specialty pharmaceutical sales experience (preferably rare disease/immunology/genetic medicines).
- Proven rare disease commercialization experience; launch experience (first-in-class/novel MOA preferred).
- Demonstrated success in long sales cycles (12–18 months) with multiple stakeholders.
- Comprehensive HAE knowledge; understanding of gene editing/gene therapy/regulatory requirements.
- Ability to analyze/present complex clinical trial and real-world evidence; exceptional scientific communication.
- Integrity, patient focus, resilience, adaptability.

Compensation / Benefits (as stated)
Base salary expected: $166,500–$203,500/yr. Additional: performance-based annual cash bonus; new hire equity grant; possible annual equity awards.
