How You Will Achieve More
Sales Representative to lead the commercial launch of an in vivo CRISPR therapy for hereditary angioedema (HAE) in North Florida, FL.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory plans for immunologists, allergists, emergency medicine physicians, and specialized HAE treatment centers.
- Prioritize high-value accounts (HAE patient volume, prescriber influence, institutional capabilities).
- Build trusted-advisor relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical champions, and administrative decision-makers.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline through patient treatment completion.
- Educate providers on in vivo CRISPR mechanisms; differentiate from ex vivo cell therapies/traditional treatments.
- Articulate MOA vs prophylactic treatments, complement inhibitors, and plasma-derived therapies; present Phase III data.
- Address CRISPR safety misconceptions; differentiate from previous gene therapy launches.
- Educate on unmet needs and disease management/treatment burden.
- Track competitive landscape; develop differentiated value propositions; handle objections (safety, permanent modification, single-treatment cost).
- Educate the patient journey (diagnosis confirmation to administration) and coordinate hub services for access.
- Partner with Medical Affairs/Medical Science Liaisons; align with Field Reimbursement Managers on payer strategy/coverage.
- Work with strategic accounts on referrals, site selection, and site activation.

About You
- BS/BA in life sciences or business.
- Knowledge: HAE pathophysiology/treatment landscape/unmet needs; gene editing technologies, genetic medicines, regulatory requirements; ability to analyze/present clinical trial/real-world data.
- Experience: 5+ years specialty pharma sales (preferably rare disease/immunology/genetic medicines); rare disease commercialization track record; product launch experience (first-in-class/novel MOA preferred); success in long (12–18 month) complex sales with multiple stakeholders.
- Skills: scientific communication; relationship management; problem-solving for access barriers; collaboration; growth/competitive mindset; business-owner execution.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated)
- Base salary range: $166,500–$203,500/year.
- Performance-based annual cash bonus; new-hire equity grant; eligibility for annual equity awards.
