How You Will Achieve More
Sales Representative to lead the commercial launch of an in vivo CRISPR therapy for hereditary angioedema (HAE) in a competitive rare disease market. Territory: Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory plans targeting immunologists, allergists, emergency medicine physicians, and specialized HAE centers.
- Prioritize high-value accounts (patient volume, prescriber influence, institutional capabilities).
- Build trusted-advisor relationships with KOLs, clinical champions, and administrative decision-makers.
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial awareness through patient treatment completion.
- Educate providers on in vivo CRISPR mechanisms vs ex vivo therapies/traditional treatments; differentiate MOA vs prophylactics, complement inhibitors, and plasma-derived therapies.
- Present Phase III efficacy/safety data; address CRISPR safety misconceptions and differentiate from prior gene therapy launches.
- Educate on unmet needs and patient journey (diagnosis confirmation through administration).
- Coordinate with patient support hubs to ensure seamless patient experience.
- Partner with Medical Affairs/Medical Science Liaisons; align with Field Reimbursement Managers on payer strategy/coverage.
- Work with strategic accounts team on referral patterns, site selection, and site activation.

Qualifications / Skills
- Comprehensive HAE knowledge; familiarity with CRISPR/gene therapy and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to interpret/present complex clinical trial data and real-world evidence.
- Exceptional scientific communication; strong stakeholder relationship management.
- Problem-solving for access barriers; collaboration, growth mindset, competitive mindset.
- BS/BA in life sciences or business.
- Preferred: rare disease/gene therapy/HAE market knowledge.
- Required/Preferred experience: 5+ years specialty pharma sales (rare diseases/immunology/genetic medicines preferred); rare disease commercialization; product launch experience; success in 12–18 month complex sales cycles.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Performance-based annual cash bonus; new hire equity grant; eligibility for annual equity awards.
