How You Will Achieve More
Sales Representative to lead the commercial launch of an in vivo CRISPR therapy for hereditary angioedema (HAE). Territory: Arkansas, Missouri, Tennessee, Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory plans targeting immunologists, allergists, emergency medicine physicians, and specialized HAE treatment centers.
- Identify/prioritize high-value accounts and build trusted-advisor relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical champions, and administrators.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline from initial awareness through patient treatment completion.
- Educate providers on in vivo CRISPR mechanisms; differentiate from ex vivo therapies and traditional treatments.
- Present Phase III efficacy/safety data; address misconceptions about CRISPR safety and prior gene therapy launches.
- Educate on unmet needs and patient pathway (diagnosis confirmation to administration); coordinate with patient support hubs.
- Maintain competitive intelligence; develop value propositions; handle objections (CRISPR tech, permanent genetic modification, single-treatment cost).
- Partner with Medical Affairs/Medical Science Liaisons; align with Field Reimbursement Managers on payer strategy/coverage; coordinate with strategic accounts on referral patterns and site activation.
Qualifications
- BS/BA in life sciences or business-related field.
- Comprehensive HAE understanding; familiarity with gene editing technologies, genetic medicines, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to analyze/present complex clinical trial data.
- 5+ years specialty pharmaceutical sales (rare disease/immunology/genetic medicines preferred).
Preferred
- Rare disease/gene therapy commercialization and first-in-class/novel mechanism launch experience; rare disease market knowledge.

- Base salary: $166,500β$203,500; performance-based annual bonus; new hire equity grant; eligibility for annual equity awards.
