Sales
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement regional sales plans; coach and lead the regional specialty sales team.
- Recruit, train, and develop Specialty Sales Representatives and Specialty Account Managers.
- Manage relationships with key customers/professionals/internal stakeholders; lead regional sales operations (policies/procedures, budgets, sales/account data).
- Develop and implement market-based strategies and business plans using data/account/market analysis.
- Evaluate business opportunities and recommend solutions to business challenges.
- Implement sales and marketing programs to support U.S. growth in the assigned district.
- Ensure selling activities comply with all applicable State and Federal regulations.
- Provide strategic input to Marketing; build relationships with local/regional/national KOLs.
- Coordinate with Regional/National Account Managers on managed-market issues and initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- BS/BA.
- 5+ years management experience in pharma/immunology/biologic-biotech/medical device (e.g., district, specialty account, marketing, and/or product management) OR equivalent.
- 3+ years people leadership or account/brand management experience.
- Strategic planning and coaching/feedback skills; ability to analyze complex data.
- Strong verbal/written/presentation communication.
- Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
- Live within or near assigned geography.

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/Master’s.
- Infusible/injectable product experience; account-based sales experience.
- Experience in Immunology and Gastroenterology; biological product launch experience.

Travel
- 50–75% travel; drive/fly to meetings and training; overnight travel to support district.
