Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, retain, mentor, and lead a diverse sales team; drive accountability and KPI performance.
- Partner with healthcare providers and Key Accounts to identify shared priorities, deliver clinical value, and provide patient-centered Takeda messaging.
- Develop and implement customer-centric business plans and market-based strategies to meet sales objectives and maximize product exposure.
- Analyze data and conduct account/market analysis; recommend solutions to business challenges.
- Implement sales and marketing programs supporting U.S. growth in assigned district.
- Ensure full compliance of selling activities with applicable State and Federal regulations.
- Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs); collaborate with Regional/National Account Managers and cross-functional partners.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA.
- 5+ years management experience in pharma/immunology/biologic-biotech/medical device (or equivalent), including district/specialty/marketing/product management.
- Recent dermatology experience and established relationships with medical dermatologists.
- Prior pharmaceutical sales rep experience with proven selling success.
- Strategic planning, coaching/delegation, and ability to analyze complex data.
- Strong verbal/written/presentation skills; MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
- Comfortable with emerging technologies and AI-enabled processes.
- Reside near assigned geography.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/Masterβs, people leadership; account-based sales; Immunology/Dermatology or Gastroenterology experience; product launch experience.
Licenses/Travel
- Valid Driverβs License; travel 50β75% with overnights.
Territory
- Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Iowa.
