How you will contribute:
- Recruit, develop, retain, mentor, and lead a diverse team to deliver strategic sales objectives; set accountability cadence and supervise KPIs.
- Model expectations; encourage accountability, enable action, and improve processes by challenging the status quo.
- Develop and execute a customer-centric business plan with customer engagement and cross-functional partners to optimize customer experience and product demand.
- Champion a customer-centric culture where teams act results-first, speak up, solve problems, collaborate, compliantly experiment, and โ€œfail forward.โ€
- Develop and implement market-based strategies to achieve sales objectives using data/account and market analysis.
- Proactively evaluate business opportunities and recommend solutions to business challenges.
- Implement sales/marketing programs to support U.S. growth in assigned district.
- Ensure full compliance of selling activities with State and Federal regulations.
- Provide strategic input to Marketing on the marketing plan.
- Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and internal partners; liaise with other functions.
- Work with Regional/National Account Managers on managed market issues and initiatives.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- BS/BA.
- 5+ years management experience in pharma/immunology/biologic-biotech/medical device (e.g., district/specialty/marketing/product management or equivalent).
- Recent dermatology experience; established relationships with medical dermatologists.
- Prior pharmaceutical sales rep experience with proven success.
- Strategic planning, coaching/delegation, complex data analysis, strong verbal/written/presentation skills.
- Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint; comfort with digital tools/AI-enabled processes.
- Reside in or near assigned geography.

Preferred:
- MBA/advanced degree; people leadership; account-based sales (hospital/health system/large group); Immunology/Dermatology or Gastroenterology; product launch experience.

License/Travel:
- Valid Driverโ€™s License; travel 50โ€“75% (overnights).

Compensation/Benefits (if located in USAโ€”MNโ€”Virtual):
- Base salary range: $176,000โ€“$242,000; may include incentives and benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, disability, life, tuition reimbursement, PTO, holidays, well-being, sick time, vacation).
