Regional Business Lead β€” Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement district sales plans; coach for success.
- Build and lead the district specialty sales team (Specialty Business Managers); support and coach team members.
- Manage district business operations (policies/procedures, budgets, sales/account data).
- Recruit, train, and develop Specialty Business Managers; align performance and create a learning environment.
- Develop and implement market-based strategies to achieve sales objectives; analyze data/account and market data.
- Create/support integrated Specialty Account Manager and Specialty Business Manager teams to meet sales objectives.
- Implement sales and marketing programs to support U.S. growth in assigned district.
- Ensure compliance of selling activities with State and Federal regulations.
- Provide strategic input to Marketing to develop/evolve the marketing plan.
- Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (health systems, group practices/networks, prescriber thought leaders/decision makers).
- Liaise with internal partners; work with Regional/National Account Managers on managed market issues.

Required qualifications/skills:
- BS/BA.
- 5+ years management experience in pharma/immunology/biologic/biotech or medical devices (district/specialty account/marketing/product management or equivalent).
- Strategic planning and business acumen; coaching/delegation/motivation.
- Ability to analyze complex data; strong verbal/written/presentation skills.
- Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
- Live within or close proximity to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- MBA/Master’s; injectable/infusible product experience; account-based hospital/health system/infusion center/group practice experience; Immunology/Gastroenterology; biological product launch experience.

Travel: 50–75%.

Compensation/benefits (summary): Hourly wage range $84.62–$116.35; eligible for short-term incentives and, where applicable, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off/holidays, sick time and vacation accrual.
