Regional Business Director -West Solid Tumor

Role: West Regional Business Director leading Gynecologic Oncology sales for Genmab's US Oncology team, responsible for developing and executing regional business strategies, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities: manage and develop a team of Oncology Account Managers across AK, WA, OR, CA, HI; implement customer-specific sales approaches; promote digital and value-based selling; collaborate with internal partners and key opinion leaders; analyze market environment; ensure compliance and meet sales targets. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 8+ years pharma/biotech sales experience with at least 3 years in Oncology leadership; Gynecologic Oncology experience preferred; proven talent development and product launch success; strategic and compliance acumen; proficiency with MS Office and Veeva Engage; ability to travel.
