Regional Business Director -West Solid Tumor

Role: West Regional Business Director leading Gynecologic Oncology sales in AK, WA, OR, CA, HI for Genmab’s US Oncology team. Responsibilities: build and motivate a high-performing sales team, develop and execute regional business plans, implement innovative customer engagement strategies, foster relationships with key opinion leaders, and ensure compliance with corporate policies. Lead recruitment, training, and performance management; promote digital and value-based selling; collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive product adoption and market growth. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred), 8+ years pharma/biotech sales experience, with at least 3 years in Oncology leadership, preferably Gynecologic Oncology. Proven success in launching Oncology products, recruiting and developing top sales talent, and executing strategic initiatives. Skills: excellent communication, organization, team development, proficiency in MS Office and sales tools like Veeva Engage; strong ethics and judgment. Travel required by car and plane.
