Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of Business Account Executives (BAEs) focused on disease awareness and product education for healthcare professionals managing hATTR amyloidosis patients.
- Use sales management, strategic planning, financial acumen, and analytics to align execution with product strategies and market needs.
- Analyze the market and develop forward-thinking action plans; communicate market status and plans to leadership.
- Coach and develop BAEs to exceed performance targets; emphasize compliance and effective local business management via strategic planning and cross-functional alignment.
- Provide market insights to inform commercial strategy.
- Attract, manage, and retain top sales talent.
- Sustain a customer-oriented culture centered on patient needs, seamless execution, and value-added services.
- Allocate and manage regional resources; align people, processes, structure, information, and communications across functions.
- Inspire and motivate the team by communicating strategy and future vision.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (science focus strongly preferred); MBA/PhD a plus.
- 7+ years in sales/marketing/commercial operations/account management in commercial healthcare (biotech, med device, specialty pharma).
- 3+ years leading teams (field sales team building preferred).
- Rare/orphan disease experience preferred.
- Experience training/managing BAEs promoting multiple specialties.
- US product launch experience helpful.
- In-depth reimbursement knowledge (Buy/Bill; Part B & D) and working with patient support services required.
- Hospital/institution and P&T process knowledge.
- Deep Neurology and Cardiology experience preferred.
- Site-of-care development knowledge.
- Experience working across departments and managing multiple teams.
- Leadership in a matrix environment; influence management decisions.
- Planning/prioritization/organizational skills.
- Familiarity with biotech/pharma legal/regulatory environments.
- 60–70% domestic/regional travel; valid driver’s license required.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity.
