Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of Business Account Executives to drive disease awareness and product education for healthcare professionals managing hATTR amyloidosis patients.
- Use strong sales management, strategic planning, financial acumen, and analytics to align execution with product strategy and market needs.
- Analyze market data and develop proactive action plans; communicate market status and plans to leadership.
- Coach and develop BAEs to exceed performance targets; emphasize compliance and local business management via strategic planning and cross-functional alignment.
- Provide market insights to inform commercial strategy.
- Attract, manage, and retain top sales talent across diverse specialties.
- Sustain a customer-oriented culture focused on patient needs, seamless execution, and value-added services.
- Allocate and manage regional resources; align people/processes/structure/information across complex ecosystems.
- Inspire and motivate the team by articulating strategy and future vision.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required (science strongly preferred); MBA/PhD plus.
- 7+ years in sales/marketing/commercial operations/account management in commercial healthcare (biotech, med device, or specialty pharma).
- 3+ years leading teams; field sales team building preferred.
- Rare/orphan disease experience preferred.
- Experience training/managing BAEs promoting multiple specialties.
- US product launch experience helpful.
- Reimbursement expertise: Buy/Bill; Part B & D knowledge; working with in-house patient support services required.
- Hospital/institution and P&T process knowledge.
- Neurology and Cardiology experience preferred.
- Knowledge/experience with site-of-care development.
- Matrix leadership and influencing ability.
- Familiar with legal/regulatory environments in biotech/pharma.
- 60β70% domestic/regional travel; valid driverβs license; ethics and integrity.
U.S. Pay Range: $204,000.00β$276,000.00 base; eligible for annual short-term (bonus/sales incentive) and long-term (equity) incentives.
