Field-based Regional Business Director (Monarch Urology)

You Will Be Responsible For
- Develop and execute regional business plans to achieve capital placement, procedure growth, and disposable revenue objectives.
- Recruit, coach, develop, and lead Area Sales Leaders and Clinical Representatives; drive a high-performance culture.
- Lead territory planning, funnel development, sales forecasting, account prioritization, and customer engagement strategy.
- Identify, access, and develop clinical and economic champions across target health systems, hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centers.
- Support and lead complex capital sales cycles (executive engagement, evaluation planning, value communication, pricing alignment, program implementation).
- Coordinate pre-sale evaluation, launch readiness, clinical adoption, market awareness, and utilization growth.
- Build senior-level customer relationships; address goals tied to clinical outcomes, workflow, economics, and service experience.
- Present forecasts, pipeline updates, business risks, and regional insights; partner cross-functionally to support launches and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years relevant healthcare/medical device/commercial experience (Regional Business Director Level 1/Associate); 4+ years preferred for Level 2.
- Prior capital equipment sales, complex clinical sales, or surgical robotics commercialization required.
- People leadership experience required.
- Ability to engage clinical stakeholders and economic buyers in complex sales required.
- Strong business planning/forecasting/territory management.
- Preferred: urology, endourology, surgical robotics, or OR commercialization.
- Ability to work in hospital/ASC environments incl. live procedural settings; travel up to 75%; valid driver’s license; work in regulated environments.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated)
- Expected base pay: $200,000 (Regional Business Director) or $175,000 (Associate Regional Business Director).
- Eligible for sales incentive compensation, company car or car allowance (FLEET), long-term incentive, 401(k) and retirement plan participation; medical/dental/vision/life/disability and other listed benefits.
- Time off includes vacation (120 hours/yr), holiday pay (13 days/yr), sick time (40 hours/yr; 56 in WA).
