Field-based Regional Business Director (Commission) for commercialization of Monarch Urology (based in NYC, Boston, NJ, Philadelphia, or Ohio).
You Will Be Responsible For
- Develop and execute regional business plans to achieve capital placement, procedure growth, and disposable revenue objectives.
- Recruit, coach, develop, and lead Area Sales Leaders and Clinical Representatives.
- Lead territory planning, funnel development, sales forecasting, account prioritization, and customer engagement strategy.
- Identify, access, and develop clinical and economic champions across health systems/hospitals/ASCs.
- Support and lead complex capital sales cycles (executive engagement, evaluation planning, value/pricing alignment, program implementation).
- Coordinate pre-sale evaluation, launch readiness, clinical adoption, market awareness, and utilization growth.
- Build senior customer relationships; address goals related to outcomes, workflow, economics, and service experience.
- Present forecasts, pipeline updates, risks, and performance insights.
- Partner cross-functionally to support launches and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain expert knowledge of Monarch Urology, kidney stone pathways, competitive dynamics, and market trends.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree.
- 3+ years relevant healthcare/medical device/commercial experience (preferred: 4+ for Regional Business Director level 2).
- Required: capital equipment sales, complex clinical sales, or surgical robotics commercialization.
- Required: people leadership (coaching, performance management, talent development).
- Required: ability to engage clinical stakeholders and economic buyers.
- Required: business planning, forecasting, territory management.
- Preferred: urology/endourology/surgical robotics/OR-based commercialization.
- Required: hospital and ASC environments (live procedural settings, PPE).
- Required: travel up to 75% and valid driverβs license.

Benefits (as stated)
