Field-based Regional Business Director (supporting commercialization of Monarch Urology; based in NYC, Boston, NJ, Philadelphia, or Ohio)
Purpose
- Lead commercialization of the Monarch Urology platform, supporting access for diagnostic and therapeutic urology procedures.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Develop and execute regional business plans to meet capital placement, procedure growth, and disposable revenue objectives.
- Recruit, coach, develop, and lead a team (Area Sales Leaders and Clinical Representatives).
- Guide territory planning, funnel development, sales forecasting, account prioritization, and customer engagement strategy.
- Identify, access, and develop clinical and economic champions across target health systems and ambulatory surgery centers.
- Support and lead complex capital sales cycles (executive engagement, evaluation planning, value communication, pricing alignment, program implementation).
- Coordinate pre-sale evaluation, launch readiness, clinical adoption, market awareness, and utilization growth.
- Build senior customer relationships and present forecasts/pipeline/business risks to sales leadership.
- Partner cross-functionally to support launches and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain expert knowledge of Monarch Urology, kidney stone pathways, competitive dynamics, and market trends.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- 3+ years relevant healthcare/medical device/commercial experience (Regional Business Director Level 1/Associate); 4+ preferred for Level 2.
- Required: capital equipment sales, complex clinical sales, or surgical robotics commercialization; people leadership; ability to engage clinical and economic buyers.
- Strong planning/forecasting/territory management.
- Hospital + ambulatory surgery center work with live procedural settings; travel up to 75%; valid driverβs license; regulated environment compliance.
Preferred
- Urology/endourology, surgical robotics, or OR-based commercialization.
Pay/Benefits (as stated)
- Base pay: $200,000 (Regional Business Director PG31) or $175,000 (Associate Regional Business Director PG30).
- Eligible for sales incentive program; company car or car allowance (FLEET).
