Role Summary

Regional Business Director - New York City responsible for sales planning and results supporting ADMA Biologics products primarily in non-acute settings and, as needed, in acute market spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Own regional sales through engagement with key medical providers, staff, specialty pharmacy partners, and integrated health networks to drive sales of ADMA Biologics products.
  • Strategically plan and manage the regional business; report to the Director of Sales.
  • Identify and engage resources to win the business quickly.
  • Educate physicians, staff, drug information personnel, and pharmacies on product benefits.
  • Establish and maintain relationships between accounts, specialty distributors, and ADMA Biologics.
  • Collaborate on account targeting, conduct SWOT analyses on new accounts.
  • Prepare monthly business reports on targeted/current accounts and distributor relationships; recommend actions to increase market share.
  • Maintain CRM data including forecasting, run rates, and growth potential.
  • Execute marketing strategy and maintain a regional business plan with defined strategic imperatives and executional tactics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare decision makers/influencers in the region.
  • Target, develop, maintain, and sell to new and existing customers and accounts.
  • Attend local, regional, and national conferences on disease state and product topics.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum five (5) years in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales or similar.
  • Preferred: Minimum three (3) years selling in plasma biologics/specialty space; minimum two (2) years in immunology sales; extensive knowledge of US healthcare system, managed care, home care, and product line specifics.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Science; advanced degree preferred.
  • Compliance: Adherence to FDA regulations and company policies; complete compliance training and maintain accurate documentation of sales interactions; stay updated on FDA regulations.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work in high-pressure environments; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project); ability to interpret regulations and adapt procedures accordingly.
